In addition, you have 5 color selections to adjust the lighting in your room from Warm White to Daylight using a select switch on the back of the fixture. With 625 Lumens of brightness, the equivalent to 50-Watt Replacement Bulbs, this energy-saving light is maintenance free which drastically eliminates time changing light bulbs.

DIY -- Important Info
There are three parts to a recessed lighting fixture: housing, trim and bulb.
The trim is the visible portion of the light. It is the insert that is seen when looking up into the fixture, and also includes the thin lining around the edge of the light.
The light bulb is included inside the trim and included with purchase.
The housing is the fixture itself that is installed inside the ceiling and contains the lamp holder. Housing is NOT included with purchase.
